When interviewed for representation in an obvious cya arrest by off-duty cops, this attorney said he would work to do all possible to defend the clients. After one year, little communication with client, and no followup after initial interview, clients were told "I am tired of going to (the town where incident occurred.)" Client was then expected to pay additional large payment to this attorney to review the case for the first time to present it for trial. Not only did this attorney, after almost a full year not ask for the facts of the case, he did not know or recognize the name of the witnesses that had submitted affidavits concerning the case. Feeling taken in by slick talk in the beginning, being left in the dark throughout the process, and realizing they were simply used for the fee, the clients had to find someone else to represent them after 11+ months. Please look to someone else for competent representation when you are at the mercy of the court and the attorney.
