My husband and I engaged Roy and his firm for a medical malpractice case in 2017. This was a complex brain injury case involving numerous experts from both sides. Over the span of six years, Roy navigated us through the intricate legal proceedings, culminating in a successful settlement.
The trajectory of our case was further complicated by the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, which significantly delayed court hearings, particularly on the complicated cases like ours. We were disheartened by the prospect of enduring another five years of legal battles, yearning to simply move forward with our lives. However, Roy seized upon a fleeting opportunity to negotiate a settlement in 2023.

Do not jeopardize your case by hiring Konray.A plastic surgeon cut so much skin off of my upper eyelids they will never close again.Konray almost got my case thrown out of court twice because he could not find a specialist.I had to do it.In the entire 5 years before case went to trial Konray never even contacted my treating Optomologist to testify and make my case stronger.This case was filed with MD deviated from the standard of care.Konray at beginning of trial, without my knowledge, added in a second charge that severely weakened my case.I could not believe how inept Konray was in court!During a recess Konray jumped up and ran over to the defense and asked him where did he get his tie!!!Who cares!This MD maimed & mutilated my eyes and ruined my vision for the rest of my life!My eyes can't be fixed with skin grafts, MD's say I would be more disfigured than I am and have less than 25% chance surgery would be successful!Really wanted to add more but space is to limited here.

I suffered a significant injury due to the neglect of multiple physicians. Despite the limited availability of physical therapy. I've managed to eventually regain my mobility and confidence to face the world. I without a doubt experienced a great deal of stress during my seven week trial. But, Roy never looked down on me nor did he allow me to feel as if the inept treatment of multiple physician's was my fault.
He helped me realize that caring people still exist in this world. Roy is diligent, savvy, educated, well read, understanding, patient and caring. He has always remained available to answer whatever question I may have and or available to suggest interesting articles and good books when I need to read. I'm sincerely grateful to have been represented by him and even more grateful for the multi million dollar verdict he won me. Thank you Roy you are truly one of a kind. <3

This attorney couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag even if the top was open. He had an open and shut case and because of his parnoid personality he added an additional charge to the case (without his client's knowledge) which allowed the defense to run over this attorney with a tractor. He allowed the special witness for his client to lie under oath because he didn't want to upset the doctor. He didn't give a damm about his client and how his client suffers everday of their life and will continue to suffer the rest of their life. This firm has a big sign outside their office "We Fight Harder For You" what a joke, what a lie. This attorney's eyesight is so bad he had to keep taking his glasses on and off thru out the trial to read. I thought one of those time his glasses would go flying out of his hand. Don't waste you time on this attorney or this law firm.
