Abusive to my child and myself. Road rage with me in the car. This guy is abrasive, abusive and refused receipts! I feel he stole my money and did an utterly horrible job! Why is this man allowed to even proactive law? disgusting.

This guy will take money from anyone! His client who EMBARRASSED herself in a FAILED self represented contempt motion did not understand the cost endorsement released by the judge. After 5 months of letters to him requesting the shorted funds, his office sent a cheque for the shorted funds. What's comical, is his attaching letter indicated they disagreed with the amount I was requesting. They stand behind on the basis that the Bill of Cost sets out that disbursements and GST/HST were one amount, and the Order does not say fees plus HST. The order clearly states $3000 plus disbursements and HST payable forthwith. The correspondence he sends out are bordering unprofessional and utters meaningless threats. If you are considering using this guy, DON'T, move on....you WILL be wasting your money.

He seems to know his material, and spends a lot of time sharing it in great detail - or at least taking the time to tell you he knows his stuff. Hired him as a mediator, walked away after two meetings. Simply was unprofessional, unfair, inequal, and generally fought for only one side the entire time. Ladies - don't waste your time - fellas- it's all an old boys club! If you want a buddy to tell you how good it will be try him. If you want an honest answer try somewhere else.

Promised the moon over and over and he lost my spousal support through his total lack of knowledge of my facts and lack of preparation. I am a senior woman. He was very keen on talking about his great life though. Court dates were very easy to book, and fast,in Cobourg, as I got the impression they all party/play together. I was often not informed of the court dates.The judge was an old evil semi retired creep.D Gunsolus, who warned me that if I continued to delve into my exhusbands finances I would pay dearly.He had me in court, in front of my ex ,to inform me of this. I frequently had to question the itemized fees and there were indeed mistakes...in Evans favour. After 3 rounds in courts, and 2 lawyers, this was the biggest error I ever made, going to this man.
