Terrible, lots of promises to help to get a loan modification. I only met with Mr. Manning one time and my case was passed onto a paralegal. Very little communication except when you have to pay your bill. Do you homework before getting involved with this law firm.

Sadly, I agree with the last few ratings, they roped me in with such great promises, I was so hopeful, but they are unable to deliver. Once you sign over all your $$, you never see Joe again. You work with the paralegals only, and outside subcontractor lawyers. I have yet to meet the actual lawyer who is suppose to be fighting for me. My case has dragged on and the filings on my behalf was missing valuable information...I feel like I cant trust anything or anyone within our court system..Do not hire them unless you have money to burn, want to lose sleep and all hope.

First, I wanted to say thank you to the Manning Law Office. They have been great and have treated us with the most respect. I have to tell you when We started this I did not know what to expect, how it was all going to work out. The Manning Law Office gave us piece of mind and We actually slept better knowing Manning Law Office were helping us. THANK YOU !!!!

Do not use this attorney! He makes big promises to get a big retainer and then passes you on to an overworked staff. I have asked for two meetings and a phone call back from Mr. Manning for an update on my case..No return call or email. What kind of attorney does not return a phone call? Scam for foreclosure defense.

When you consult with Joe Manning, he sells you a bunch of promises, takes the retainer of thousands of dollars, and delivers on nothing. To get them to do anything is like pulling teeth, calling and emailing weekly to find that nothing had been done; all the while he continues to charge you. He is understaffed, acts like he cares, which ends really quick after the retainer, then you get passed on from person to person. The firm, the experience and the result was not worth it.

The Manning Law office just takes your money and overpromises and underdelivers. They do not answer their phones, which go directly to voicemail and strings along your case with no results so that they can continue to charge you monthly.
