We hired him to handle our child support case. He typed up two forms that the child's mother refused to sign. He showed up late for court then continued the case twice. I did my own leg work getting my child support case canceled. After the third visit to court, he said all my work got the case closed and he would handle it from there. A month later I found out that he never submitted the paperwork to the correct authorities and I was being sued for child support for a case that was closed because the new state I live in never got the message. Making more calls and taking more days off work and I am still on the hook for a case that was closed the second time he contined the case. Now I have to get another attorney to get me out of the situation this attorney got paid for and never did the work.
