She is truly a bad representation for family court. She bases the law on her feelings and assumptions. She is very rude and don't care about peoples feelings. I would not recommend her to sit on any case and so happy they moved her from my case. What took her 5 years to see, another Judge was able to see in 6 months. -Caring Foster parents

Referee McKnight is a new breed of law. Ahead of her time. She sees pass the BS with simple conversation, so if you are not a good person, she will get you rather defending or offending. Justice is blind, but in the wrong places. Court nowadays is robotic, this is a topic that needs to be addressed when concerning a broken system. McKnight reminds me of people in my life others were intimidated by, and for good reason. DO GOOD, BE RIGHTEOUS, THIS IS YOUR DEFENDER FOR ONLY THOSE!

I would vote worse if it was available. She is so nasty and I was shocked she was able to perform like this under oath. She should be a defense attorney because she takes the side of the wrong! So sad she is in family court Judge. I agree with most she needs to be thrown out.

Very rude and disrespectful and does not seem like she even wants to deal with people. She needs to leave the family court if she cannot handle it any better that that. She does not follow the law, she wants to make her own laws as she goes along. She costs people extra money to appeal her bad decisions that are not based on the law. She does not act in the best interest of the child. She could care less about what's best for children. GET HER OUT OF THERE!!!

I went before Ms. McKnight today. She is definitely very blunt when speaking to you....brutally honest to say the least!! However, she does mean well. My suggestion to all who have her preside over their cases is to speak when spoken to, and answer the specific question she asks. She will get annoyed really quickly. Overall, she is definitely good at what she does, and wants a quick resolution.

She allowed my children to go with their father for an extreme amount of time after he was not in their lives for 6 months. She did not review my sole custody petition and did not review the ACS report. She was rude and disrespectful and denied my children an attorney.

she is discraceful and doesnt seem to want families back together. she really enjoys hurting parents and children alike. she needs to be rid of from family court altogether.

Her communication skills were horrible. She does not know how to talk to people. She needs better customer skills. Toshia should never underestimate people. She could be better.
