Yan is seriously one of the best lawyers around. I am a lawyer myself and hired him for a business dispute in which I was involved as I trust him. That should tell you everything you need to know about him and his firm. The result were amazing as expected. He got me everything I deserved and put serious pressure on the people/company that owed me money. If you want your issues handled properly call him! If I could give him six stars I would.

I can't say enough good things about David Yan Payne. Nine of us spent nearly two years trying to find someone to listen to and believe in us. Finally we found Mr David Yan Payne who agreed to take our case. Not only did he believe in us and assigned us a fabulous lawyer (Karen Sanchez) but he met with her on a weekly basis to keep himself informed about how we were progressing. 2012-2015 were very difficult times for all of us who were harassed and discriminated against by the person(s) who lives in our Co-op. We tried to fight back on our own but when we found Mr Payne, he became the beacon of light that kept us strong to see our case through to the end. David Yan Payne has restored our faith in humanity. He opened his door to us when we were broken. We won our case which set a precedent and feel justice has been served. I hired Yan David Payne several years ago to represent me in my lawsuit against a former employer. I was not satisfied with his service. I found him to be money-hungry and felt that I had been misrepresented. In the end, I settled my bill with him and retained another attorney. I would not recommend him, but that is just my opinion.
