he costantly lied to me about papers he was filing, he was hired to inforce my visitation rights, and to have my ex-wife held accountable he was truely deceiteful, telling me he was filing motions for my ex wifes violations and infact he had not file these motions. during a depostion he was more concerned with what my ex wife wanted than his actual clint me. he was in constant negociation with my ex-wife attorney and making decisions toatally in her favor. he even threatened me stating i would have to pay him "a**** load of money if i did not accept his withdrawal from my case. which he decided to do after i descovered he never file the motions he said he had. one in particular was for me to have full custody of my child because the mother was violating my parental rights. i reported him to the bar association and sued him and he had the bar assoc hold off there decision until after the court case. he attempted to have the cae heard by a judge he knew personally.
