This Judge was my case manager for 5 years. He does not look into the details of a case properly -nor does he allow an individual (esp a father) to furnish "all" important information. I was told long ago that he was one of the better judges. That couldn't be more untrue. Some of the discretionary decisions he made were firmly inequitable, unrational, and without merit, given the information which we tried to present and was met with his careless denial. His ability to weigh out facts, evidence, and the unjustice ...is quite poor. I will be submitting a formal complaint to his superiors as well as placing factual documents outlining his inabilities and gross inadequacies on Court record. If you get this judge, pray that you are lucky enough to get a fair shake. He is one of numerous judges who is a true version of getting a "crap-shoot" when you go to Court with bona-fide and merited information.
