This lawyer represented the executor on an estate matter. As the beneficiary, discovered a Will is not a binding contract. When the executor deviated from the wishes of the Will, it only costs hardship and financial loss to others. When there is no fair representation in honoring the wishes of the deceased, one should walk away.

I believe this lawyer allowed an Executor to deviate from the wishes of the deceased which has me questioning why are we paying for a Will when executors (with the support of a lawyer)are not held accountable. I believe lawyers need to be transparent and held accountable (without a financial burden to the beneficiary)
