We had Wills executed by Tom Bates and found him very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. His staff were very helpful and courteous and we found the charge for services was very fair value for money.

Made several mistakes in court papers. Just doesn't seem to care anymore. Time to retire. Would be in Florida when needed. Did not stand up in court and address things to judge that he should have. Sent emails to other party not approved by client and seemed to be on other parties side. Find someone else who cares if your reading this.

Thomas has handled a number of issues for our family over the past several years. He is very Professional. He never appears rushed, but gets issues taken care of in good time. His staff are always willing to take a call and answer questions. I highly recommend Bates Law.

Went to him to draw up a custody agreement. all the wording in the documents was nice and professional sounding and we had no problems

Terrible office staff, made many mistakes in court documents, didnt know information when in court, poor attitude with clients, acts as if he is doing you a favour instead of acting as you employ him....thinks he knows everything. Over-charged and had nothing to show for it!
