I was charged for discovery the lawyer could not remember if he did, and opposing counsel said he never received. I was charged for reviewing documents for trial, and preparing them for trial that could not be used at trial because he missed the court's deadline to submit witness and exhibit lists even though I reminded him to submit them. This is just part of why I would suggest not using him.

Kept promising to take action. racked up a ridiculous amount of time..he'ld say, well come in we'll see what we can do. I had no alternative. finally said, well it's too late now. later said that I had had time...fun, fun, fun. This is one to stay away from.
