My wife and I hired Mr. Casselman when we bought our new house. I have bought several houses in the past, and he is the first lawyer who has taken the time to explain everything we were signing. He even went to the house before closing and pointed out some potential issues with overhanging structures. Our deal was closed and we had our keys by 10:00 a.m. on the closing date. Very satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend.
