Well, you get what you pay for. Ladona seemed competent, when she'd get back to me. However, trying to get in touch with her was more stress than it was worth. She'd go for week without returning calls or emails, and when we eventually got a hold of her, we had to continuously remind her of the case details. In short, extremely unprofessional, absent-minded, and unprepared. She simply has too many cases going simultaneously to be helpful. Pay a little extra and get a professional who won't confuse you with her 20 other cases she's juggling.
