Steve was the consummate professional from start to finish. Other lawyers charged me money for an initial consultation and then offered no hope of any help. Steve offered a free consultation immediately and then proceeded to craft an effective strategy. He charged a fair flat fee and never wavered. His entire office was on the ball all the time. And they were able to get me a successful outcome. I could not have asked for more.

BEWARE BEWARE!
Where do I start...If you have 10K you want to blow on a lawyer that doesn't lift a finger, then go right ahead. Aside from marrying my ex-wife, hiring Steve Marsee was probably the biggest mistake I've made. All he did was hype himself up about how great he was. I mean talk about Narcissistic! In the 45-60 minutes I actually spoke to him personally, 99% of that time was him talking about his expensive shoes and cars and about all the cases he had "won." He convinced me to use a mediator of his choice rather than a court appointed mediator. Again, ill advised by Mr Marsee I feel it was another way for me to waste more money considering it was aver 1k for that as well. He literally did nothing....

Steve was like a bulldog for me with my case. He was an advocate I could count on during a very rough time. Hire this man. Good help is not cheap, and cheap help is no good. I was staring at a 6 figure divorce with a spouse that was keeping my children from me and a Domestic Violence Injunction against me. DCF and the police show up on Valentine's day to investigate my beating my children. Steve took my call while he was out to dinner with his wife on Valentines day and talked me thru the process.
Both him and Rebecca were amazing to work with the entire time and held my hand thru the process.
He handled every aspect of my case from the domestic violence, to meeting with DCF, getting my personal effects, mediation process to finally standing in court and having the judge sign off. A testament to Steve and what he brought that day. The judge didn't have to keep asking him to correct his paperwork, it was right the 1st time. And the judge made the comment, most men don't leave divorce court smiling. I did. I walked out of court in better shape than I went in. All because of Steve.

I was going through a nasty divorce and sought the advice of Mr. Marsee and couldn't have been happier. He and his team were so helpful, knowledgeable and on top of everything. I had a few friends and acquaintances that need a divorce attorney and I referred them to Mr. Marsee since he is the best in his field and very aggressive when he has to be. Those people are also extremely happy with his services. There's not much more to say. Don't choose Marsee, He takes your money and does nothing. YOU do it all! He sits during mediation and does not offer advice or recommendation as to waht is fair, etc. H echarged me $20,000. I saw him a total of 4 times. He wrote one affadavit. and the final divorce decree I think - the other attorney may have written it.

Mr. Marsee delivered everything as promised in handling my divorce. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and aggressive enough that he overcomes difficulties when posed by the other party without causing the case to become expensive and stressful. He told me what I needed to hear even though it may not have necessarily been what I wanted to hear, but his advice turned out to be sound and I'm glad that I listened to him. His negotiating skills are equally impressive. His staff are extremely proficient and courteous too. He handled my Divorce quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price.
