She did a really good job for us. I was served with a restraning order that I did not deserve. She won the hearing. No Restraining Order AND the other side had to pay for my attorney's fees!

Poor customer service! Have been trying to get an update on my case for 3 weeks and she will not return any of my phone calls. Staff repeatedly makes excuses. Colleen is out of the office for weeks at a time and assistant merely relays messages, is unable to gain access to files, and does not have colleen's email address. We need to hire another lawyer to get to get our update! For new business and credit card transactions, expect a quick turn-around time.
