The best thing my daughter ever did was fire this so-called lawyer and the best thing HE could do is to take early retirement!!! Heinrichs should be ashamed of his "conduct unbecoming of an officer of the court"! Others have stated his major talent is taking money up front and giving his clients nothing much in return. That was my daughter’s experience. In a year-and-a-half, and thousands of dollars later, this attorney would be hard-pressed to provide proof of three results he achieved in her favour. He needed constant reminders concerning facts in the case and failed to seek pertinent legal advice from other lawyers that could well have advanced the process. So after over 1 ½ years of dumping money down the toilet, she can’t afford to continue seeking the justice she deserves. All we can do now is post this review in hopes that no one else will fall victim to this man’s incompetence.

Wow,,,this guy sure acts tough,but then you get to know him and find out he is just rude, non-caring , and you just can't wait to get things over with,,and he does nothing but nag you for even more money when he hasn't done anything for the first ton of money you gave him, and got nothing in return. He sure knows how to waste time and your money. Avadavids going back and forth to the other lawyer involved can go on for years, because nothing ever gets accomplished that way, except emptying out your kids college fund, and your life and old age funds gone down the train,,and he'll still want more..But don't expect results . You will be very unhappy with the horrible way he'll treat you..Down right abusive...But then is nice and asks for more of your money,,or anything you have in your purse until the larger amount comes in...If you can wait that long...Anyone is better....Wait no lawyer is any good,,,do it yourself, and you'll do better even if you have no college education..
