Ms. Sultenfuss represented my daughter in domestic violence and divorce cases. She is bright, compassionate, honest, knowledgable in the law, quick on her feet and feisty when appropriate. I used Mrs. Sultenfuss in 2012 and presently. This was a dissolution of marriage with a minor child. The case was originally settled with a favorable outcome. I have seen my 8 year old daughter heavily since. Now I am revisiting this issue seeking majority timesharing. As before, the outcome is looking positive. Sarah can navigate the court system with accurate timing and convincing documentation. It is clear her skills are on a senior level. She is a solid contender.

My family worked with Sarah during the adoption of my step daughter. Step-parent adoptions can be challenging as the biological parent was out of the picture. If you care about your child do not use her . She was supposed to meet me before court and showed up 30 seconds before we had to see the judge . I truly believe she does not care about her clients . So now my child has to see the other parent who is dangerous and does drugs . She kept getting my paper work at well and in court when I was waiting for her to step up and say some of the things we had discussed she looked like a deer standing in headlights. Shame on you Sarah

I hired Sarah Sultenfuss in 2015 and paid her thousands of dollars through March of 2016. The case was family law/custody in nature. We played defense and stayed afloat but when the opposing counsel came up with a typical (slimy lawyer) plan to fabricate lies about mom (her client) and sneak in a bogus "emergency" motion claiming mom was a "flight risk" and dad should be able to immediately step in and rip the child away from the mother and relocate him 3000 miles away in California-Ms. Sultenfuss quit. It should have been an easy fix for a professional lawyer but she simply refused to help and not only that but she made it public and filed her OWN motion with that same judge at the exact time of the hearing by dad to relocate the child to taint her own clients reputation directly in front of the judge seconds before she left her client to try and save the child herself. Truly dispicable and unprofessional. Lawyers are hired to protect your children-she gave mine to an abusive man

This attorney came into court unprepared. I don't think she took the time to look at the case and what had been filed. She was called out by the Judge for saying that all the allegations against her client were unfounded. The Judge pointed out to her that everything had been substantiated by the paperwork filed. The result was that both her and her client were seen in the Judges eye as being very untruthful in every matter placed in front of her.

I wouldn't recomend this attorney. She is out to get your money, she throws temper tantrums for sure.. I agree on that one..especially when she gets called out on her B.S.

Unlike most lawyers in the area who handle divorces, Sarah works hard to settle. She is straight forward and honest. Rather than stirring up trouble and urging to take the issue to court (and meanwhile stacking on attorney's fees) she worked to find the best settlement possible. I'm pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Sarah.
