I've been a client of Marion's on and off for 12 years. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing custody or divorce help. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. To put it succinctly, she is a great lawyer and she gets the job done!

As far as divorces go, I really enjoyed working with Marion. I definitely recommend her to anyone needing family law services. She's very smart, knowledgeable, capable, reliable, organized, tenacious, detail-oriented, no-nonsense, efficient, helpful, and passionate about her work, with genuine care for children she's never met. We collaborated very well. I remember one night, we were up until 2 a.m. preparing for our court date the next day after my ex' lawyer dropped a pile of documentation on us at the 11th hour. Rather than remitting to another date, we showed-up to court prepared and delightfully embarrassed the ex' lawyer and her client before a judge who scolded them both. Though we eventually settled out of court, Marion ensured the ex didn't get any more than to what she was entitled, and a lot less than she was asking for. Marion stopped the bleeding and brought my kids home 50/50 after my lying histrionic ex tried to smear my name and take my kids. I've never been happier.

Marion is a fantastic lawyer. I hired her to help me with my divorce and custody of my children. She was professional throughout the entire process, and very understanding and helpful. She handles herself very well in Court, with judges, and with my spouse's lawyer. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a family lawyer.

She was my lawyer but wasn't very professional.I was on good terms with my ex however she complicated matters and was rude to my ex.

I have hired Marion Dana for legal work with the public curator and she was tenacious, and secured the proper information needed to pursue the goals for the client. She is professional, ethical and fair. She will research whatever she needs to know to prepare thoroughly.I recommend her highly.

I have had bad experience after bad experience with lawyers. I have gone to the top law firms and Marion Dana is the one i would recommened. Of course a lawyer who makes the other party's life difficult can be what you are looking for and i have not gotten to that point in my case this time but i am very glad that i found Marion. She is confident and knowledgeable and she will not charge you more then needed. She only charge you for work needed not sure for the sake of racking up hours like other lawyers. She has really helped me with some very emotional times and has really helped me through, caring more then any lawyer i have met thus far ( and trust me there have been more then i'd like to admit) I Highly recommened her!!!
