excellant trial work. my case was viewed as not winnable with 2 earlier lawyers but he agreed to take it on and charged less than what the other 2 quoted

I feel Tom is a very competent lawyer. He just has incompetent staff. He has a very young secretary that doesn't know much yet. so to get information about your file from her is almost impossible.Tom has to do it all. She is very young too immature to hold this type of job.
