This lawyer led me "up the garden path" and then evaded taking my case to court. Failed to defend my interests against defendents' lawyers turning me into the subject of the case, rather than sticking to the facts of the case. Sat by as defence lawyers intimidated me with irrelevant matters--like my family's tax returns, abuse by defence lawyers, and letting a defence lawyer act as the "magistrate during the Discovery. His research was poor in the case. Finally, I had to dismiss him because, I felt that he was more ysmpathetic to my opponents than interested in pursuing my case.
