Attorney Rohrbaugh pays security guards to solite clients outside of the courtroom. This attorney charges a retainer on the spot from client's loved ones when they are in a state of duress, he comes off as a caring and professional person,than never contacts the client in jail and shows up for the trial late only to tell the client's family member in a whisper that the family member is in really big trouble.A few years later he takes on another client knowing that he is breeching client confidentiality because he uses the first mentioned client's past troubles in court to help the new client (who he should not have taken on to begin with) because: An attorney speaking publicly in regard to a client's personal business and private affairs can be reprimanded by the bar and/or disbarred,regardless of the fact that he may no longer represent the clientdue to airing of the client's dirty laundry.This is viewed as a breech of fiduciary responsibilities.
