I have worked with several excellent lawyers during 7 years however I never had experience so bad. This lawyer first of all - has very surface knowledge of the law. When I pointed to him that the law is different then he thought, he didn't agree, and I had to repeat 5 times the same question before he agreed to check the law again. When we had a disagreement his best argument was that he doesn't have time to do (file an application early enough, or meet). We wanted to meet him before our trial to discuss what opposition will say and how could we counter that, he refused to meet, saying there is no time. He went on trial and let the opposition say lies about us. He had a lot of evidences to counter the opposition's lies that we gave him and didn't use any one of them. He did not use any offensive arguments at all. He misrepresed the nature of the contracts to the judge (didn't grasp the essense of the case). But he charged us double to what other lawyers we know would.
