He never returns phone calls and his office gives you conflicting answers. I would not recommend having his office representing you. You will be disappointed and frustrated every time you call. I only think it is ethical for an attorney to return your calls or at the least have their facts straight regarding a case. You may have to wait for years after a settlement, for your bills to be paid. Even if your case has been settled his office will still give you conflicting reports about it and you will not get a return phone call from them. You will end up having to deal with all your outstanding bills yourself. I would nor recommend this attorney's practice to anyone who has been in an accident or any other personal injury situation. You are better off finding another lawyer to represent you for your peace of mind and results. ANP.
