Mr. Johnson is a pretty good attorney, but at times lacked the focus he needed to represent me. He was easily the best attorney in his firm, as John Jacobsen and Tom Viner are rocks. Still, Mr. Johnson didn't earn the money I paid him for my case. Disappointed that a guy making great PROFITS does not give his full attention to those that make those great profits possible. I found out later that Mr. Johnson has two OWIs, which could explain his lack of focus, maybe he has a drinking problem? I found it weird that I could not find him in the state ethics search for attorneys with discipline issues. I would think two OWIS would get him a public reprimand.

I liked this attorney as a person, but the value provided not so much. It is hard to recommend him for DUI cases, because he charges much more than he is worth.

Had Brian as my attorney more than five years ago. He was a stand up guy and worked very hard for me. Feel bad for the other reviewer, as the Brian he describes is not the one that represented me.

Treats customers like dirt, Brian ignored my emails and was very short with questions. He may take a lot of DUI cases, but that does not mean one is more special than others. Certainly not worth the money for DUI service.
