Knowledge was a 2 because I expect a 25 year lawyer to know the basics of eviction. For example, how long does a tenant have to remove his personal property after the premise has been surrendered? The lawyer simply made up arbitrary days. It wasn't until I read a document that the tenant possessed before I found a definitive answer. Communication was a 1 because on multiple occasions, he failed to answer questions directly. Value was also a 1 because he was extremely slow when processing information. If I could do it over again, I would hire a different lawyer, even at a higher rate.
