I met with Jodi for a child custody hearing I had scheduled for about a month out. When I met with her, she was hardly paying attention to what I was saying. She was on her phone the whole time, answered phone calls in the middle of our 30 minute "free" consultation and still charged me $40 dollars for going 10 minutes over the half hour mark. She also wouldn't take my card, and made me run and get cash and failed to give me a receipt. After that I tried contacting her numerous times for my case and she never responded. On the date of my hearing, she showed up representing my ex wife. She failed to check the conflict of interest and continued with the hearing, costing me time with my child.

Jodi is a great representative to have on your side. She helped me with my custody mediation and basically ran the whole meeting. She knew more than the mediators, not surprising considering she is also a professional mediator. But she got all of my needs met and more. She is a very smart lawyer, who can get results and is always at least one step ahead.
