I've used him in several criminal cases. He is a great trial lawyer who does what you pay him to do, have your back. Very pleased with the out come of all cases that I've used him for. He is pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I thought there was little important communications with me, Joe repeated himself time after time while talking to me. Joe agreed to items without prior approval and I found about these agreements up to 6 months later. My wife received almost everything she asked for, I perceived that there was not much a battle for any of my interests. I lost all rights to 20+ years of miscellaneous property acquired in the marriage and his response was "it's just stuff"!. He received approximately 2.5 times the amount of compensation I received due to house being sold without my approval/signing anything/listing! I left my house never to return except once, when most of the property was removed, due to a agreement that was made months prior. I had no knowledge that mitigation was waived and that there was not a asset protection filed. My understanding was I was to pay as I went at $5000 increments. I did not receive any statements in a regular time frame. I think that once there is plenty of equity
