Bad lawyer.Stay away.In my opinion he is all talk.Only good thing i can say is he gave me some of my money back.Yea and the result of his bad work cost me thousands of dollars and much time with my kids.A fool could do better.I wish i had someone tell me about him from the start.Biggest mistake of my life.Look just dont use this joke.

Horrible attorney. He does not do emails, is very rude and disrespectful. Hard to reach him, fails to timely review documents. Please don't trust him or his firm. He is all about himself, NOT the client.

I had a difficult case to begin with. I was suing a dealership for a used truck I purchased and had problems with from day one. The transmission crapped out on me in less than 500 miles as well as other power train problems. Max was very personable and hands on with my case from the beginning. He didn't sugarcoat anything and was straight up with me. He relentlessly pursued my case and went for the jugular in terms of getting the results I wanted. He got me the judgement I wanted. Hopefully I'll never have use for an attorney again but if I do max is my go to for now on.

Good lawyer. Really reasonable legal fees if you can't afford to spend thousands of dollars on legal fees and you know that a public defender won't really do anything. Max will help you!

I was referred to max by another well known atty,by the court house in gretna, we sat down talked about what was the problems,he promised the world and said man that atty did not do anything.then he said we gonna do this and that,we got to court in front of the judge,and we did thats all he did was shuffle papers around and had his other atty there to distract me ,when in his office i noticed a pharmacy diploma,he should stick to that bc he is a really bad atty,when i was in the waiting room i was talking to other people they were saying the same thing .we were leaving the court house and in the parking lot he was passing out biz cards, he asked this person what was the problem he said oh i can take care of that and i looked at her and said no, do not waste your time or $$$$$$$ he is sad ,thats all he does is talk talk talk and does NOTHING NOTHING !!!

I hired Max two years ago to get custody and visitations rights to my sonand I was supposed to go back to court for motion of contempt and he wanted to charge me an extra $800 to bring her back to court. Then come to find out I had to go back to court because he shouldn't have never taken my case because the mother never lived down here. I wasn't aware of that and he told me if I paid him another $700 he would TRY to get the case to stay ...but come to find out he wasn't going to be able to do that anyways but he was about to take my money. So ii will have to pay more money in another county to get art over. STAY AWAY FROM HIS OFFICE.. HE'S ALL ABOUT MONEY!!

Total waste of time and money in my custody battle, notified me of a court date an hour before, did'nt even show for the second and called me and asked me to ask the judge for a continuance, I constantly had to remind him of issues we spoke of, he was constantly changing his quoted prices, and when I would say so he would always b/s like he was doing me such a fovor...for a following hearing I was given a list of topics to explain and provide pictures, witnesses, etc. with a due date so the opposing coucil would have time to view and disprove or whatever. I find out minutes before walking in to court his office never shared info with the opposing lawyers therefore rending all my work useless. I ended up not gaining custody on what logically should've been an open/shut case, as well as paying child support I also lost all rights to claim my child on my taxes. So many times I thought about going with another lawyer but my retainer had been paid, and he took me for all I had. Avoid!
