--he is an idiot, he asked the plaintiff did you send the money-"no", he then asked the defendant, did you receive the money-"no", then he told the judge, "your honor, i do believe that the plaintiff did pay the defendant the money, and that the plaintiff does not owe the defendant any money, etc, etc, " WTF how can this guy have a license to practice law.

This is a HORRIBLE atty! Took my case AND my money.....then procrastinated for almost a year to do anything about it....he lost all my paperwork and I had to send him a cancelled check to prove I even paid him, he had no record! I settled for about a 16th of what he told me I could get, now I have been trying for almost 2 months to get my check from him....numerous excuses WHY I cant pick up my check. He will not return phone calls and has his paralegals lie for him....terrible, terrible attorney.
