As a client of Ms. Jefferson, I would have to disagree with the other person who commented! Ms. Jefferson is the BEST attorney I've had and I would say that she works HARD for her clients. Whatever you need, you will be satisfied. If ever needed again, I already know who to call! Trust me! Whomever that written the other comment had to be out of their mind as it didn't sound NOTHING like anything Ms. Jefferson would do.

Ms. Jefferson knowingly withheld information pertaining to my case intentionally for the benefit of receiving more money. I can prove this due to the fact my case was set for trial in May and Ms. Jefferson deliberately submitted discovery requests two months later, subpoenaed individuals for the very last court appearrance 4 months later and tried to say that the municipality was ignoring a court order subpoena,when I questioned her on why the individuals did not appear in court. Once I continued to question her about negotiations between her and the DA she insisted that she updated me on every offer and bargain made between the DA and herself. I had no knowledge of what was in the incident report until I dismissed her legal services in a written complaint letter concerning my case hoping she would address the allegations. Attorney denied all claims and denied ever telling me she submitted request in May. Attorney did not intend on me viewing my case file and avoided questioning.
