Joe as you call him only knows how to empty your wallet just think how one can spend that much time at the bay....Joe's wife cleaned him out.... I say stay away he is gender biased.... The family law is nothing more then a gift to lawyers and Joe knows all about it.

Joe was great. He was reasonable, positive, and kept us informed. Family law is a tricky sector that is stressful regardless of the situation, and Joe counseled my husband and I through some very difficult waters in a custody battle for his daughter. He is down to earth, realistic and very kind.

My custody battle was VERY rough. My ex was on legal aide and social assistance, so, she was able to drag it a long time. Add to that the fact that the justice was incredibly gender biased and it becomes a rough time. Joe managed to block everything my ex tried and in the end we won it. Joe did an amazing job in a very bad situation and didn't break the bank. I would recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer.

Joe Powers called me to tell me he was too busy to take my international custudy case. After I told him the situation I was in, he decided to do what he could to help. He managed to delay the trial, so that he could help. Within two months, Joe brought in children's lawyers, and ended up avoiding trial and getting me primary care giver of my daughter. He was abile to do what over 100 lawyers I called refused to even try. As a single parent who has custudy of his own son, joe brings a human element to the table that has been very helpful in dealing with real life sinarios. Joe certainly did a remarkable job for me, and I have recomended him. Joe tells it like it is . Both my daughter and i are fans of mr joe powers. Thanks Joe!
