Wade got me a great settlement. He knew the other lawyer and was able to present facts favorably for me and they paid a fair amount. He reduced his contingency fee for me without me asking. I really appreciated his expertise. He was very genuine with me and very strategic in the negotiations for my settlements. I recommend Wade.

Wade is Hamilton's high profile lawyer. Any time there is an issue in the City, the media turns to Wade. I see him on CHCH, in the Hamilton Spec, on 900 CHML, etc. We are lucky to have him. He has the ability to highlight legal issues and wrongs in a way that not many other lawyers do. We are lucky to have him although I suspect we may see him in Toronto in the near future. I've sat on a board with him in the past and used his legal services. Wade is a person of tremendous integrity and is one of the most hardworking people I've had the pleasure of working with.

Initially I wanted a female lawyer given my experience, but Jennifer's consultation fee was $350 and Wade was nearly half the price for a consultation with a much more impressive background. Wade is busy and it took me sometimes several days to book an appointment with his assistant. The wait is worth it though. He is an excellent lawyer and I felt comfortable speaking with him and quickly came to trust his advice. While it is difficult to tell from one experience and a number of interactions, I do genuinely believe he cared about my outcome and had my best interests in mind. I found him to be very strategic and an 'outside of the box' thinker. We are lucky to have his level of talent in the City in human rights (there are not many human rights lawyers in the province let alone our City). He gave me a discount on my legal fees without me requesting it and overall my experience was very positive. I would use him again if I ever need a lawyer.

I came to Wade after I was fired from my job in a very embarrassing and degrading way. He was amazing. He provided me with legal advice on how to proceed with a human rights lawsuit against my old boss. He managed to set me up to do well.

He is one of the busiest lawyers I know. If I need to talk to him quickly it is early mornings (6:30 or 7:00 am) or later in the evenings. Its worth it though. He is the best lawyer for human rights issues and knows his stuff. He's practical and gets stuff done without litigation.

I called Wade for a consult. He wasn’t available until the following week and I was offered a quicker appointment with another lawyer. I declined having heard Wade is the best and having been referred to him by three people I trust. I spoke to Wade on the phone - he had reviewed all of my material in advance and I was impressed. He had a few questions and then went over the risks and benefits of litigating. I found him to be knowledgeable, very direct and forthright. I chose to retain him. He did a great job for me. It takes a few days for a phone appointment with him. He is busy but there is a reason for that. I appreciate his directness. It is refreshing. He also stood by me, pushing the other side for every last penny. His achievements are unreal for a lawyer his age. His experience was essential in getting me the result he obtained. I’m very happy with him and while hope I don’t find myself in a human rights situation again I would highly recommend him to anyone who does.

Wade did a great job for me. I was told I didn't have a case by other lawyers but clearly what happened to me was wrong. He brought an application, with a novel argument and got me a great settlement. I would strongly recommend him. His humour and compassion made a difficult situation much easier for me. He had a great rapport with the human rights mediator who spoke very highly of him to me. He was also recommended by 2 of the 3 lawyers who couldn't help me (two from Toronto and one from Hamilton). From my limited perspective he really is the best human rights lawyer in Hamilton and perhaps the province.

Wade and his assistant Judy were a pleasure to work with regarding my human rights application & employment matter. Wade provided sound and knowledgeable advice and brought my case to a favourable resolution in a professional manner. His fees were very reasonable. Wade represented me in a human rights matter. During the mediation I was concerned that he encouraged settlement - I see in hindsight that he was correct. I could have lost a lot moving forward with what was on the table. When I first met him I respected his passion and when we concluded my matter I respected his judgment. Judy and his team are sometimes delayed, but always responded to me within a day or two. I'm very happy with his representation, felt he actually cared about my wellbeing and strongly recommend him to others.

Didn't feel as though he worked as much on my case as he should have, considering the money I spent. The work he did was very basic and left a lot to be desired. It seemed as though he spent time justifying his losses (i.e. the characteristics of the adjudicator) rather than spending the time researching and writing better submissions.

Mr. Poziomka represented me along with several of my coworkers. He is extremely knowledgeable and a straight-shooter - he was realistic about what we could and could not expect. My colleague saw him in the local newspaper where he had been rated as the top lawyer for two years straight by Spectator readers. He is younger so I was a bit skeptical but after 10 minutes into our meeting I was convinced. The only criticism I can think of is he is a bit impatient but he explained that to us as time being money and he knows the information he needs to hear. I would definitely use him again in the future.

He's busy and it wasn't always easy for me to get in touch with him in the day but he always made time for me (usually quick calls in the evening)and got me a good settlement - he works hard and is a very good lawyer. I've dealt with three lawyers in the past and he is the best.

I discovered Wade by finding his blog on ontariohumanRights.net Wade is exceptional in every way. He is articulate, knowledgeable but most importantly, he is patient and kind. Representing individuals who feel discriminated against brings up a lot of emotions and Wade listens with compassion. When I hired Wade, I wanted the best. I'm an academic myself and I was impressed by his achievements, but most of all, his empathy really makes him *the best* in my eyes!

There's nothing negative I can cay about Wade. I was having a difficult time finding a lawyer to take my case, but Wade assisted me as soon as I found him. He is super knowledgeable about human rights, is professional, and is just an overall amazing lawyer. I would come back to him for assistance in a heartbeat.

Wade acted on behalf of our family when my disabled daughter experienced difficulties with our insurer. He was extremely knowledgeable about human rights and explained the process thoroughly and in a way that made sense. Ultimately the insurer backed down and litigation was not necessary. I believe this was a result of Wade's dedication, passion and the aggressive stance he took in his first couple of letters.

Wade took my case immediately, was eager to help and seemed to genuinely care about my case. At first I was concerned about his age when I first met him but soon realized that he is very smart, quick and aggressive. He was well prepared, knew the law and most importantly made sure I knew the law as well by simplifying things for me. I believe the other side was intimidated by him and as a result I eventually received everything I was asking for. I would recommend him to family and friends. He is a great lawyer.
