Click to report rating    5/10/13   5     5     3     5     5   Having worked with more than a dozen of the most highly rated and most expensive attorneys in town, I solemnly testify that Bob is the best. He is sharp, professional, and holds his customers' interests at heart. The later is particularly important in a profession well-known for taking advantage of the people's emotional vulnerability in self-serving, wallet-draining, parasitic fashion. I would turn to him again, without doubt, as my first choice. I would recommend him to any friend in need, especially if they had a complicated or delicate financial situation. There's a reason he' s been selected by his peers in national publications as one of the best in the field, RID: 111661
Click to report rating    8/28/11   5     2     1     2     1   He failed to listen to me or to address my concerns. He prepared and sent the temporary support stipulation to opposing counsel and me simultaneously, and when I asked for changes, he indicated it would be difficult to get opposing counsel to agree, and therefore my changes were not included. O'Hair negotiated a temporary support level of approx 32%, when standard temporary support is 40%, and neglected to include a clause for me to receive a portion of bonuses. I eventually changed attorneys and negotiated a 20% increase in support over what O'Hair recommended I accept. I learned that I had to advocate for myself, which was an important lesson. Overall, I did not feel that I was heard or valued by O'Hair. RID: 50947
