I sent Attorney Massey a check to file my bankruptcy in June of 2010, in full.Sent 7 months in bank statements & paycheck stubs.In November received the list of creditors and amounts for my bankruptcy and papers I needed to sign.I completed prebankruptcy financial class at same time.In March I was informed by his secretary (I wasn't permitted to talk to him unless I made an appointment and drove 82 miles)that they needed 6 months in bank statements that ran from the 1st of the month to last of the month.My statements went from 23nd to 22nd but I sent them 7 months so they had plenty.She needed 6 months more from 1st to 30th.Go figure...with 7 months worth they had what was needed.When I threatened to call the Bar Association and file a complaint my bankruptcy papers came a week later. In June of 2011 finally had hearing.Just received papers yesterday stating 2 forms (23 which was completed August 7th) had not been filed by attny. Also form 27 for reaffirment not filed & caused denial.
