Attorney Farashahi knows the law. And he is nice, sometimes. :) He knows his stuff like no other. If there is a way to get a charge dismissed, he knows it.

He may not be the hand-holding type of attorney, but he knows his stuff and likes to do trials, especially jury trials. But the client gets to decide whether to request a jury, not the attorney. I rather have an attorney who has a lot of trial experience and wants to fight for me rather than one who holds my hand and tells me what I want to hear.

Felony Charge reduced to a misdemeanor! I highly recommend Afshin Farashahi, he is extremely knowledgeable and does an amazing job in the courtroom.

In VA BEACH, he is well known and has a very good reputation w both judges and court house lawyers. He likes trying cases cases and has done done a bunch of the, including when he was a prosecutor.

He has good grasp of criminal law. Knows Virginia Beach court system pretty good.

He was a terrible lawyer to my son. He was obnoxious to me and he taunted my son who has a severe mental illness. He called my cries for help and my sons suicide threats, drama. He knows nothing about mental illness and he has no defense set up for my son what so ever, even after he was given, names, numbers, pictures. He made my son have a bench trial instead of a jury trial like we wanted. In my opinion, he is the worse lawyer I ever met.

My son was in major trouble. With the recommendation of my boss, a lawyer, I retained Mr.Farashahi. He never failed to respond to my numerous "crazy mom" questions, phone calls and emails. Although in the end it was a hard lesson learned and my son served some time, I feel that without Mr. Farashahi it would have been much worse.

I agree he not caresmatic at all. I feel that he is always ready to run instead of helping you out! Also doesn't talk to you or even try to get to know you! if anything you wouldn't even believe he was your lawyer!
