This attorney is a very horrible attorney. He is so disgusting that Sharon huddle who was an attorney in the office that he worked at when he was a legal clerk in law school makes her clients go get his criminal record from the Sacramento county courthouse. In the court transcripts Harold miller and his wife Tracy are facing felony convictions for fraud and perjury. They continue to commit perjury, file false proof of services and do many many other unethical things. We the people need to go to the State bar of CA and complain! Now that the whistle blower came forward to tell the world that the state bar hadn't been doing anything when clients complained about rotten dirty attorneys. Now maybe the State bar will listen. Harold and Tracy miller should have NEVER been able to become attorneys!

Mr. Miller has yet to return ANY of my 10 calls in five days after taking $150.00 for initial consult and $500.00 retainer. So far I am feeling ripped off.
