Difficult to communicate with. He hurt my case by not advising me properly from the outset i.e. he never mentioned that I had more options besides accepting the crown offer or risking a trial. He ended up costing me more money (and more worries) in the end. Still, he's basically a decent guy in a high stress job, and I'm sure he fights for his clients during a trial.
