I connected with Paul after being in 3-car accident in 2017 while stopped at a stoplight, I was in nursing school at the time. I had sustained a back injury that I was afraid would impact my ability to become a nurse. While under the pressure of full time university, the added stress of the accident and working on settling with ICBC was a bit more than I could handle at the time. With the help of Mr. Hergott and his incredible staff we finally reached the end of a 6 1/2
year battle with ICBC. Trying to deal with my multiple injuries many medical appointments and

Few years ago I was involved in a motorcycle accident. Being hit by a truck at the intersection did not end up well for my knee. After MRI showed extensive damage, I thought that I should get legal representation. Hergott Law was recommended to me by a friend. After the initial meeting with Paul, it just felt as a right thing to do. My friend was in a crash and was feeling pressure to settle his claim. A friend recommended Hergott Law. We had a free initial consultation where Paul met with us and gave us advice. I was a passenger in a vehicle rear ended- in a multiple car accident. Our car was totaled,which seemed an easy fix but the injuries from the crash were underlying and difficult to treat, as different symptoms would just show up-out of the blue over the next several months. Paul and his team are a fantastic group. Jessica Ward is my case manager and she's great to deal with. I am very happy that I chose Paul to be my lawyer. My case was a very complex one. The day after my fall down the stairs on a double decker city bus, drivers fault, ICBC told me I had no case and offered some chiropractic or massage therapy with one of their people. I didn't accept. Paul had come into my place of work for lunch the day after and saw my terrible physical state. He asked what had happened and when I told him, he offered me free advice and gave me some other lawyers names to check out so I did just that. After my research I chose Paul because I knew he would do his best to see that I get compensation for my injuries and he did just that.
