BAd case management, lost a document or didn't have me sign it in the first place. My case was managed by a paralegal who I and other parties he was negoitiating with believed was a lawyer for the firm. Two attorneys quit the firm while handleing my case and it never got handled or finished. Also, he advertises attorneys on his marketing materials who are not affiliated wit his website.
