From my experience this arbitrator acts more like a defending lawyer rather than a fair arbitrator. He has no regard for human rights and rather on the side of co property regulations. His demeanour is arrogant and his “awards” are extremely one sided and severe. no heart for accommodation of disabled people. I would never recommend this arbitrator for his byist behaviour !!
