Ben is an excellent attorney and his help with my fathers estate will always be appreciated. As executrix of the estate I was dealing with another heir who was extremely problematic and had filed a frivolous show cause motion against me. With Ben's knowledge of law and his attention to detail the motion was dismissed. I will continue to use Ben for all of my North Carolina affairs when needed.

I have been around a lot of attorneys from being in court over the past 11 years in civil cases against my ex, and also relatives cases, and many criminal cases of others. I talked with 4 attorneys before retaining Ben Del're. Speaking with him I could tell he was the one I wanted for my case. I couldn't be happier with an attorney. He's a great attorney! Hiring him was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have NEVER seen or heard a better attorney. Most attorneys think they know what they are doing....Ben Del're knows what he's doing.

Ben Del Re is an exemplary attorney. I've known many fine attorneys, but Ben is truly outstanding in all characteristics. In my daughter's lawsuit against an insurance company he spent the time and was claver enough to bring the truth out of a bad situation where people were determined to lie.
