He has to be the absolute clueless, no knowledge, dishonest, irresponsible attorney that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I had retained him simply as my registered agent for my LLC to accept summons, demands, notices, license renewals, etc. All he was responsible for was to notify me in the event his office received any correspondence. He couldn't even do that. I was contacted by the Nevada Secretary of State that I was delinquent in my license and LLC renewal and was fined $175 in fees. Upon contacting his office, he assumed no responsibility for not notifying me, saying that he did not do that kind of work anymore. I later found out that 2 of his attorneys working under him had left his firm. So did his secretary and all of his other staff. I asked him for reimbursement of the late fees. He basically told me to take him to court. What a piece of work. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!
