Total waste of time and money and "staff" not attorneys handle your case and they do not know what they are doing. Didn't lose our home and that was no credit to them. If you hire them do it on a contingency basis and when they say hell no, that should be your clue to move on. Just because you pay for a radio show doesn't mean you aren't a worthless attorney form. Oh, ask them why they changed their name a couple of years ago, that might be interesting!!

To make a long story short the following happened with our case: 1) Came to this office for loan modification. This office is not well versed in this area so loan modification wasn't granted due to the lack of knowledge of this firm. 2). House goes to short sale. There is more that I can say about their short sale department but will just leave it at this. That department staff ( I won't name names due to my professionalism as the appropriate entities will be dealing with this) is obviously very inexperienced in short sale matters to the point where they were unsuccessful in getting the information to the judge in our case to where our case was lost and we lost our home to foreclosure in the blink of an eye. This has caused our family, without any fault of our own, to be virtually homeless. They also don't know how to return calls or emails and will totally ignore and elude you without a care. I will say though that there was one attorney in this firm that did try to help because they

I am going through Gregory and Clark for a short sale and communication is terrible. He shouldn't associate his name with such a group.
