I wouldn’t even give her 1 star. She didn’t do anything but take our money. It’s been three years and nothing within our custody battle has been dealt with. You never get to see or talk to her. She doesn’t appear to court dates. She lies. It’s pathetic. You’re better off representing yourself.

The best! I wouldn't go to anyone else! I have 0 complaints about her. I could say many great things about her regarding her work quality, communication,and value, etc. But the most important thing that needs to be said about this attorney, is that she fights for you and your child/ren. She has never let myself or my child down. Highly recommend Heather Jones. She has always come through for me.

I would not recommend this attorney especially if you are out of state. 1. She is a horrible communicator 2. Makes promises and tells you what you want to hear 3. Never sends any important paperwork when I requested multiple times and I never in 6 months got a straight answer from her 4. Didn’t advocate for us in court 5. Once you give her all of the retainer fee don’t be expecting to hear from her for months on end 6. Nothing about her or staff were helpful 7. Failed to bring up well known conflicts of interest when she was told she said I quote “it’s a small town everybody knows everybody” well a judge should not be allowed to procide over a case when she has all sorts of conflict of interest with one of the parties in the case. Therefore we lost because of this

had shut and closed case, she promised as long as she got her 2500. she had it in 6 days. its now 2 yrs 7 months later shes missed 32 court dates, now I have warrants on me because she wont/has'nt/and will not show up! I live 8 hrs away in another state she never once let me know nor mail me info on up coming court dates. she let another lawyer show up for my bench warrants without my knowledge or permission.( I LOST!!) This horrible person has lied cheated used and stolen so much more than my money. shes robbed me emotionally of my children. Shes told me her office is to blame the courts are to blame and now I know shes the blame sorry excuse for a human must less a so called lawyer..wont communicate with me at all now for 5 months her office is rude and unprofessional as she is. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY..RUN!!

heather is amazing and she helped me get full custody of my child and those of you hating on her are childish she does a very good job its not her fault the judge makes the decisions..life is set the way God sees fit

Heather is a wonderful attorney. I have used several different attorneys in town over the years and she was by far that best. Excellent communication. Negative comments listed here must have lost their case due to their actiona and be lashing out by blaming someone else.

Doesn't: 1.return phone calls 2.present evidence 3.speak up in court for her client 4.get court papers to client when she says she will.she said she tried to mail them but were returned. why did she have to make copies when I went to get them if she had tried to mail them????

Does not know what she is doing. She never communicates with the client and when she does, the information in largely incorrect. Claimed to know how to handle an estate case, but even the county coroner could not believe he had to wait so long to get his payment. HUGE lack of information. Has taken 9 months to try to settle an estate and it's still not complete.

She is very good about communicating. She texts me after hours. She is very personable and has done a wonderful job in court. She is honest and has a sense of humor.

Very dissatisfied. In 11 mos received not 1 piece of paper in mail. Did NOT show up for two court dates! Misled, misinformed, and misrepresented my case! Tells you what you want to hear in her office, but total lack of representation in court.ms. Jones will receive documents in her office, but will not forward the information to the respective parties.would not AND will not recommend her to anyone!!! Took my money and lied to me! Was NOT successful in court AND let ex's attorney dictate process. Then wants to drag divorce out to cost the client more money and anguish. If you have assets stay away from this attorney!!!

Would never recommend. She doesn't answer phone calls and lies. I was told my divorce would take 3 months, but every 3 weeks she found a new paper she forgot to have me sign. Then in the 7th month she told me it was finalized and papers were ready to pick up. My sister went to pick them up and she told her she couldn't find them and sent her to the court house. The court house informed her that the papers were only filed a day earlier and we're missing pieces. When asked about why the divorce was filed after she told me it was finalized she blamed me for dragging out the divorce. Worse quality lawyer ever.
