Knowledge: either his knowledge was nonexistent or he lied several times about the court proceeding to me, even after I again questioned him when I was told by another that what he had first told me was incorrect. He insisted that nothing would happen, that it was only a pretrial. Instead, a decision was handed down. Work Quality: Extremely poor judgement in my opinion. Communication: After being told something with the caveat that it not be repeated, out of fear for physical safety, he repeated the statement within the hour, violating that trust. Tenacity: I couldn't fairly say,so I gave it a middle rating.
