My husband and I were taken for more than 6000.00 by Frank Francis Barilla and his staff they were doing a loan modification. Ocwen Financial never had any contact with this law firm and my lender never recieved any paper work we provided. Great job we could have done this our selves and saved 6000.00 and yes we asked for a refund and attorney Barilla swore over the phone at us how professional. We have filed a complaint with the state bar of California.
