Attorney McGuire did a great job for my son. My son was charged with a horrible crime that could have sent him to prison for decades. McGuire showed the fallacy of their main evidence and got the charge downgraded to a misdemeanor with probation. I am very pleased with mcguire

I HAVE BEEN PRACTICING AS AN EXPERT WITNESS IN THE LITIGATION SUPPORT ARENA FOR 30 YEARS. I RETAINED MR. MCGUIRE ON WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY MINOR MATTER. BECAUSE OF HIS INEPT REPRESENTATION I WAS FORCED TO ACCEPT A PLEA THAT I NEVER SHOULD HAVE. HE INTIMIDATED ME TO ACCEPT THIS PLEA SO HE COULD CLOSE OUT HIS CASES AND ACCEPT A POSITION OF PUBLIC DEFENDER.MR MCGUIRE REPEATEDLY LIED, MISSTATED FACTS AND PROVIDED INCONSISTENT TESTIMONY. HE FAILED TO APPEAR AT A HEARING, DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE WAS SERVED A SUBPOENA. I FEEL VERY SORRY FOR THE CRIMINAL DEFENDANTS WHO CANNOT AFFORD CAPABLE REPRESENTATION AND ARE REPRESENTED BY HIM THROUGH THE PUBLIC DEFENDERS' OFFICE.

He has been assigned as my public defender. i have yet to met him face to face. which probably wont happen until my scheduled appt. i am giving him the benefit of the doubt that he will represent me well.

This is the absolutely worst lawyer I have ever come across in my entire life. He has ruined an individuals life by claiming he has all the experience in the world relating to trials and hearings when in reality he is an incompetent, unsympathetic fool. He has no working knowledge of the courtroom or any knowledge on how to represent a client. He is bad news and I promise you if you ever retain this empty shell of a lawyer you will be throwing your money away and your livelihood because you cam rest assure he will not take the case seriously or defend you vigorously because of his incompetence and inability to do so. I will go as far as to say he is the possibly the worst lawyer in the state of Florida... DO NOT USE THIS LOSER
