My family has been working with Mr.Mamola for some time now, so I decided to do some of my estate planning with him for myself.
Since then I have had no complaints, he explains to me what I need to know in the simplest form, he looks out for my best interest and finds the solutions to the issues facing my estate planning needs. There was one time where he went out of his way to resolve a trust issue which involved my ex-wife which proved to be valuable information and tools in protecting my assets for my children who will be inheriting them in the near future. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking counsel in this subject matter.

When I met Sam Mamola, I knew I was talking with someone who was a honest person. It was not an easy decision to use legal services and I was not going to trust just any attorney. Sam was very understanding and gave me the pros and cons of moving forward. Once I made the decision to move forward he made me feel my case was his #1 top priority. He always kept me informed on my cases progress and was great about returning my calls and calling me as soon as he had any updates. There are not that many people or businesses I would feel comfortable about referring to family, friends and business relationships. But Sam is one person I would defiantly refer and I have on more than one occasion and they all are very happy with his great legal knowledge and common sense way of approaching things. In a world that has too many people that you can’t depend on Sam Mamola is a person that you can depend on and most importantly trust. Thank you Sam for all that you have done for me and my family.

This is a true experience we had with this Attorney: My wife and I are in our early 60's and went to him to set up a Living Trust - to protect our house from Probate. We met with him and prepared the Trust. He made us feel very confident. Part of his service was to transfer our house into the Trust. Several months later I checked the Clerk/Recorder's website and saw it was NEVER Done. After several attempts to contact him he responded; told me the Clerk/Recorder was several months behind. NOT TRUE! I tried to contact him many more times. He would not return emails or phone calls. Finally he sent an email saying he would check it and let me know. That was the last response I received from him despite several more attempts to contact him. I finally downloaded the form and, with help from the Recorder's Office, prepared and filed it myself. Everything else he gave us I could have printed from my $50 Willmaker Program. For these reasons I would NOT recommend him to anyone.
