Mr. Witmer has helped me with my case in the early 2013. I would say if I looked at the review from the previous guy I MAY not chose him, but he was the only lawyer in town can take my case, and my court was on the second day. He has successfully help me get the criminal charge withdrawn. His charge is also very resonable. His assistant Angie is super, and she is experienced and can *ALWAYS* respond your email / request in a very timely fashion. I got what I want from him, and I am very satified with their services. So no doubt to give all 5 stars.

stay away at all costs... i used this guy over 6 years ago for a clean and cut case of alleged assault against and x gf at our workplace.. i went through 14 adjournments while waiting for video evidence. once we received the video evidence he convienantly forgot it for my trial date and they would not give another adjournment. i will also point out that the video evidence proved my innocence and if i won i could have also sued a multi million dollar corporation for wrongful dismissal...hmmm! i did not even pay the remaining $2000 plus bill as he never deserved it. i should have known better to hire a lwayer that drove a beat up old honda accord. LOOK ELSEWHERE PLEASE>
